Is there a delivery charge?
No, if we deliver to your area ourselves (see below) then delivery is free of charge for orders of any value. If we do not currently deliver to your location ourselves we are happy to receive your order for delivery by a 3rd party courier (Parcel Force etc), please select delivery option ‘Other 24hr courier’ at checkout and note there is a charge for this service of £5.94.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

What is my delivery day?
We deliver to each area on the same day every week. When you place your first order you will be advised of your day according to your address.

Do I have to order every week?
No, you’re free to order as and when you like, you are not tied in to anything.

I am not always at home on my delivery day, what can I do?
If you pay by card we can arrange for our driver to leave the items in a safe place at your address. Alternatively you can nominate a neighbour to accept your delivery for you.

Are the deliveries discreet?
Yes, Our delivery vehicle is plain white with no company details on it at all. The driver will normally bring the items to your door in a plain box or bag.

How do I register or set up an account?
The first time you shop with us online just add the products you require to your basket then when you are ready click ‘Proceed to checkout’. You will then be asked to register your details. Keep a record of your login details for next time you want to shop.

How do I repeat an order?
If you want to order products you have bought before simply login to your account, go to ‘my orders’ and from there you can easily re-order any previously purchased products.

My delivery day is a Wednesday, what is the cut off time to place my order?
Whichever day of the week is your delivery day, you need to have placed your order before 5pm on the previous day to receive your order that week. If you miss the cut off time and cannot wait until the following week to receive goods there is an option for us to send an order to you with a 3rd party courier on a next working day service, please call the office or select ‘Other 24hr courier’ at checkout, a small fee applies.
